Robert joined the BMG management team in 2013 after a period of rapid company growth to stabilize their Copyright Administration Department and develop it into a function suited to meet the challenges of the company’s rapidly evolving profile. While at BMG, Robert overhauled the processes and team profile to deliver exceptional administrative services to BMG clients and stakeholders. He was also integral in BMG’s successful relocation and consolidation of its administrative services hub from New York, NY to Nashville, TN.

Robert started his career in the music industry as an intern at EMI Music Publishing ultimately rising to the level of VP of Copyright, Royalty and General Administration, overseeing the US rights administration function and a team of 40+ at a time when the company made its first significant rights management IT systems transition in a generation.
